Terms and Conditions
The agreement between you and Avalon Capital Holdings LLC when you buy or use Income Studio.
Avalon Capital Holdings LLC · Effective 6 October 2026
1. Who you are agreeing with
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Avalon Capital Holdings LLC, a Georgia limited liability company, trading as AI Income Finder and Income Studio ("we", "us", "our"). Our address is 8735 Dunwoody Place Ste R, Atlanta, GA 30350, United States. You can reach us at hello@aiincomefinder.app or (404) 620-0746.
By purchasing, creating an account, or using Income Studio (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase and do not use the Service.
These Terms take effect on 6 October 2026 and replace any earlier version.
2. Who may buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. The Service is offered only to buyers in the United States and Canada. If you are outside those countries, you are not authorised to purchase, and we may cancel and refund an unauthorised purchase at our discretion.
You are responsible for your account and for anything done through it. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account.
3. What you are buying
Income Studio is a web application. After answering eight questions, a member receives three directions built for them by AI: a name, the buyer it is for, what goes in it, suggested pricing and prompts they can paste into a design tool. They then work through Build, Launch and Sell steps inside the app. Access includes a member community hosted on Skool and live group calls.
Access is sold as a one-time payment for lifetime access. Access is not a subscription and does not renew. The price charged is the price shown at checkout. "Lifetime" means for as long as we operate the Service; it does not mean your lifetime, and it is not a promise to operate forever. If we ever permanently discontinue the Service, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email and you will be able to export the work you have entered.
Some features run on artificial intelligence and are metered with credits. Lifetime access includes 100 credits each month. Monthly credits refill on the day of the month you bought access, and they do not roll over. Each feature shows what it costs before it runs.
Lifetime access is access to the application. It does not include unlimited use of AI: AI features are available within your monthly credits and any credits you buy. We may limit or pause AI features to protect the Service, for example during an outage at our AI provider or where use looks automated or abusive, and we will not charge credits for a feature that does not run. If we change what a feature costs in credits or how many credits are included each month, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect.
You can buy more credits in two ways. The Credit Upgrade is an optional monthly subscription, currently $15 a month, that raises your monthly credits to 500 from the moment it starts. It renews each month until you cancel it, which you can do at any time from your billing page; your monthly credits then return to 100 at the end of the month you have paid for. A Credit Top-up is a one-time purchase, currently $10 for 250 credits. Top-up credits are used after your monthly credits and do not expire while your account is open. Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Every credit purchase is governed by these Terms and the Refund Policy.
The community is hosted on Skool, a third-party platform with its own terms. Access to the free community tier is included with your purchase. We do not control Skool and are not responsible for that platform. Community access may be withdrawn for conduct reasons without affecting the rest of your access.
The paid community tier is not part of your purchase. We also offer an optional paid tier of the community, which we set up and price ourselves on Skool, with additional benefits. It is a separate recurring subscription that you choose to buy, and Skool processes the payment and bills you directly, under Skool’s own terms and its own cancellation rules. Our Refund Policy for the application does not cover it, and cancelling it does not affect your access to the application.
4. What the Service does not do
The Service provides software, structure and guidance. It does not guarantee income, sales or any particular result. See the Earnings Disclaimer.
Nothing in the Service is legal, tax, accounting, financial or investment advice. We are not your lawyer, accountant or financial adviser, and no such relationship is created by your purchase.
- We do not create, operate or manage your business for you.
- We do not post content, run stores, contact buyers or make sales on your behalf.
- We do not verify, monitor or audit anything you do outside the Service. Marking a step complete records your own confirmation and nothing more.
- We do not endorse or guarantee third-party tools the Service mentions, such as design, storefront or scheduling platforms. Those are independent services with their own terms, prices and rules, which can change without notice to us.
5. Artificial intelligence
Your answers are sent to our AI provider so the Service can generate directions, product ideas, pricing suggestions and prompts. Generated output is informational. It may be wrong, out of date or unsuitable for your situation, and it is not market research, due diligence or professional advice.
You are responsible for checking anything generated before you rely on it, publish it or sell it. As between you and us, you own the output generated for you from your answers, and we make no claim to your business or your products. Output is not guaranteed to be unique: two members who give similar answers may receive similar suggestions, and similar suggestions may be given to others.
Where you record a spoken answer, the recording is sent to our AI provider to be turned into text. We do not keep the audio.
6. Payment
Payments are processed by our payment providers. Depending on where you check out, that is Stripe, or a store we sell through, such as Beacons or Stan Store, together with the payment processor that store uses (Stripe or PayPal). We do not receive or store your full card number. By paying, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.
All sales are final, subject to the narrow exceptions in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. You will be asked to confirm that you have read and accepted the Refund Policy before you pay, and that confirmation is recorded.
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first at hello@aiincomefinder.app. We will look at it promptly. Starting a chargeback without contacting us, where the charge was authorised and the Service was delivered, is a breach of these Terms. We may suspend or end your access, recover amounts owed including fees we are charged, and provide the record of your purchase and use of the Service to the payment provider. Nothing here limits any rights you have under card network rules or applicable law.
7. Your content and your work
Everything you enter, meaning your answers, business decisions, notes, uploads, goals and figures, belongs to you. You give us permission to store and process it so that we can run the Service for you, and to send it to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy for the same purpose.
You confirm you have the right to whatever you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights or break the law. We may remove content that does.
8. Our content
The Service, its lessons, prompts, templates, text, design and software are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use them for your own business.
Except where a prompt or template is expressly provided for you to use in your own business, you may not:
- copy, share, sell, sublicense or redistribute any part of the Service;
- record, screenshot or reproduce lessons or materials for distribution;
- give access to your account to anyone else, or use one account for more than one person;
- resell, bundle or grant access to the Service through your own store or by any other means;
- use the Service to build a competing product, or scrape, copy or extract it in bulk, whether manually or by automated means.
Breaking this section may end your access immediately, without refund, and we may pursue any other remedy available to us.
9. Acceptable use and community conduct
While using the Service or the community, you agree not to:
- harass, abuse, threaten or defame anyone;
- spam, solicit or promote other offers without our permission;
- share other members’ private information or content posted in the community;
- attempt to break, probe or overload the Service, or bypass its limits, credits or access controls;
- use the Service for anything unlawful, or to create content that is unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
We may remove content, and suspend or end access, for conduct that breaches this section. Where the breach is serious, we may do so immediately and without refund.
10. Availability
We aim to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance, updates, provider outages and events outside our control can interrupt it. We may change, add or remove features as the product develops, provided we do not materially reduce what you paid for without offering a reasonable alternative.
11. Ending access
You may stop using the Service at any time. Because access is a one-time purchase, there is nothing to cancel and nothing further to pay.
We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms, if we are required to by law, or to protect the Service or other members. Where the reason is not serious, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a fair chance to put it right first. If we end your access for a breach, no refund is due.
Your work is not deleted when access ends. You can ask us for a copy or for deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or that the Service will meet your requirements or produce any result. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, arising from or relating to the Service, even if we have been advised such damages are possible.
Our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Service, your content, the business you build, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
15. Disputes, governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and by applicable federal law of the United States.
Before starting any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@aiincomefinder.app and give us 30 days to resolve the matter informally. Most problems are settled this way.
If that does not resolve it, you and we agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state and federal courts located in Fulton County, Georgia, and both of us consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Each of us may still seek an injunction in any court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Claims may be brought only on an individual basis, not as a plaintiff or class member in a class or representative action.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version on this page is the one that applies, and the date at the top shows when it last changed. If a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept it.
17. The rest
These Terms, with the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Earnings Disclaimer, are the entire agreement between us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. If we do not enforce a right immediately, we have not given it up. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor in connection with a sale or reorganisation of the business.
