Refund Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Income Studio is a digital product delivered immediately. Once your access is granted, the purchase is non-refundable.

Access is granted the moment your payment succeeds: you set a password and the application, your generated directions and the community are open to you. Delivery is complete at that point and cannot be returned, which is why purchases are not refundable.

This includes, and is not limited to:

• changing your mind;
• not having the time you expected;
• financial circumstances changing;
• not working through the steps;
• not achieving the results you hoped for;
• misunderstanding what the product is, where it is described accurately on this site.

You are asked to tick a box confirming you have read and accepted this policy before you pay, and the time you did so and the exact wording you were shown are recorded.

We will refund you in these situations, because in each one you did not get what you paid for:

• Duplicate charge: you were charged more than once for the same purchase.
• Billing error: you were charged an amount other than the price shown at checkout.
• Unauthorised charge: someone used your payment method without your permission.
• Extended outage: the Service is unavailable for a continuous period of more than 14 days for reasons within our control and you have not meaningfully used it.
• Territory: you bought from outside the United States or Canada, where you were not authorised to purchase.

Write to hello@aiincomefinder.app with the email address you used and the date of the charge. We aim to reply within 2 business days and to return an approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it.

Contact us first at hello@aiincomefinder.app. We can usually fix a billing problem faster than a bank dispute, which typically takes weeks. If we got it wrong, we will put it right.

Starting a chargeback on an authorised purchase, without contacting us, is a breach of our Terms. We may end your access, recover what is owed including fees charged to us, and give the payment provider our record of your purchase and your use of the Service. This does not affect any rights you have under card network rules or the law.

Access is a one-time purchase. It is not a subscription, it does not renew, and there is nothing to cancel. If you stop using Income Studio, you will not be charged again for access, and your work stays in your account in case you return.

The optional Credit Upgrade is the only subscription we sell. You can cancel it at any time from your billing page. It then stops renewing, you keep 500 monthly credits until the end of the month you have paid for, and the part of that month already paid is not refunded.
