Affiliate Terms
For members who refer others: how commission works, and what you may and may not say.
Avalon Capital Holdings LLC · Effective 6 October 2026
1. Who can take part
The affiliate programme is open to members with active access who have completed at least 40% of their roadmap, so that you only recommend something you have actually used. We may decline or end anyone’s participation at our discretion. Taking part means accepting these Affiliate Terms, the Terms and Conditions, and the Earnings Disclaimer.
The programme runs through Beacons (beacons.ai). To take part you need your own Beacons account and a connected payout method that Beacons accepts. Beacons’ own terms and eligibility rules apply to your account and to the payments made through it, and we do not control them.
2. Commission
You earn 80% of the purchase price on a qualifying sale made through your own affiliate link. Commission is earned on the first purchase made by a person you referred, and on that purchase only.
We give you a link to add to your Beacons store. Beacons then gives you your own affiliate link. Beacons decides which sale is credited to which affiliate, and it credits a sale only when the buyer came through your own link. We cannot change that attribution, and a sale that does not come through your own link earns you nothing.
- You may not refer yourself. A purchase made through your own link, or by a household member using your details, earns nothing, and we may refuse or reverse it.
- Commission on a purchase that is refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent is not payable. If Beacons has already paid it to you, it may be taken back from your balance.
- We may change the commission rate for future sales by changing the link. Sales already made keep the rate they were made at.
- If your own access ends, we may stop your participation. Commission that Beacons has already credited to you stays yours, unless it is reversed under these terms.
3. Payouts and tax
Beacons pays you, not us. Your earnings appear in the Payouts section of your Beacons account, and you cash out to the payout method you have connected there, currently PayPal. Beacons says funds can take up to 7 business days to arrive. We do not hold, send or guarantee your commission.
Beacons and your payout provider may charge fees. Beacons has said it deducts its fee (currently 9% on its free plan and none on its paid plan) from affiliate earnings, and PayPal charges its own fees when you withdraw. These fees are set by them and are not ours. We are not responsible for delays, fees, holds or account problems with Beacons or PayPal.
You are an independent participant, not an employee, partner or agent, and you are responsible for your own taxes. We do not issue tax forms for commission that Beacons pays you. Any tax reporting done by Beacons or PayPal is between you and them.
4. What you must not do
These rules exist because what you say is treated as what we say. Breaking them ends participation, and we may ask Beacons to stop crediting your link.
- Do not make income claims or promise earnings of any kind, including your own results presented as what others can expect.
- Do not say anything false, misleading or exaggerated about the product, its price, or what it includes.
- Do not spam. No unsolicited email, direct messages, comment spam or bulk messaging.
- Do not imply you are us, speak for us, or offer support, refunds or discounts on our behalf.
- Do not bid on our brand names in paid search, or use them in a domain name or account name that suggests you are the official source.
- Do not post our links on coupon, deal or cashback sites.
- Do not resell, bundle or give away access to Income Studio. You promote your affiliate link; that is all.
- Do not show the inside of the app. That means the steps, lessons, videos, prompts, tools, templates and any other material that only members can see. Do not show it, record it, screenshot it or talk through it step by step, in a video, a live, a post or a message.
What you may show is the framework of Income Studio, meaning what it is and how it is laid out, and our Skool community, including the wins members share there. Nothing else from inside the app may be shown.
5. Disclosure is required
United States Federal Trade Commission rules require you to disclose that you earn a commission, clearly and near your recommendation, not in a bio, not below a fold, not in hashtags alone. Wording such as "I earn a commission if you join through my link" is enough.
6. Brand use and ending participation
We grant you a limited, revocable licence to use our name and approved assets to promote the Service, unmodified. Either of us may end your participation at any time. If we end it for a breach of these terms, we may ask Beacons to stop crediting your link, and commission on sales made in breach of these terms is not payable. Otherwise, commission Beacons has already credited to you is yours. Questions: hello@aiincomefinder.app.
Showing or sharing anything from inside the app, as set out in section 4, is a serious breach of these terms and of the Terms and Conditions. If we find that you have, your participation ends and your access to Income Studio ends immediately, without a chance to put it right, and your account is removed.
7. Community affiliate arrangements are separate
These terms govern commission on Income Studio sales made through your Beacons affiliate link only. Skool lets every community owner set their own affiliate terms for their own community. We may offer a separate affiliate arrangement for memberships in our own community on Skool, on its own terms, which we will give you when we do. Any such arrangement is between you and us as the owner of that community, is not covered by these terms, and is paid and administered separately. The rules above about income claims and honest promotion still apply to how you promote any of them.
